Here’s a sleep diary that will help you track your sleep patterns and how quickly you fall asleep. It is designed to be used for a one-week period, but you may continue to use it for as long as you need to. Day 1 can be any day you want… you do not have to start your diary on a Monday.
A diary is a useful tool. We are all such creatures of habit that we often aren’t aware of our own regular routines. Keeping track of your sleep habits for a week could help you discover why you sometimes don’t get the sleep you need, and looking at your habits will help you to improve those that are robbing you of sleep.
